First time a girl gets a period can be both exciting and horrifying sometimes. the common thing is no one knows when the first period will come and will almost always catch a girl unawares.  We therefore recommend this kit for girls from ages 9 and above. If you have noticed some changes in your girl then you want them prepared this is the kit for you. 
This kit has everything they need to await their period. small and discreet enough to pop in a school bag too. 
Included is our 'period and puberty' book that answers most of their awkward questions. We have PG rated the information booklet and it only covers periods and body changes that comes with puberty. We recognise different families have different values and we have therefore not included any sexual information or context in our booklet and it solely covers periods. We believe that is a topic that is up to a parents discretion to bring up with the child.
This kit also comes in  pretty box. We advise recycling of the box. Most girls like to use their box to store pads in their wardrobes etc as its a convenient size for that.
